Job Description:

This role involves providing care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for adult and geriatric patients, including those with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and diabetes conditions, as well as continuous EEG monitoring. The RN will be responsible for titrating drips such as Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications.

Responsibilities:

• Care for adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions.
• Titrate drips such as Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications.
• Adhere to shift and holiday scheduling requirements.
• Participate in unit and department-specific orientation.

Requirements:

• Current RN license required.
• Certifications in ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NIHSS.
• Pass a skills exam during orientation with a minimum score of 90%.
• Radius Rule:
  Must be located more than 50 miles from any facility associated with Common Spirit.
