LOCATION: Omaha, NE

As a Charge RN, you’ll play an important role in delivering quality care while guiding nursing staff and supporting daily clinical operations.
PositionSummary
- Conduct patient assessments, triage, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of care.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, diagnostic testing, and other nursing interventions.
- Supervise and guide nursing personnel while promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel to coordinate care.
- Assist with examinations, minor procedures, patient education, referrals, and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and support quality assurance, chart audits, and infection control standards.
- Performance check‑ins with annual merit increase.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate’s Degree required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- One to two years of clinical or supervisory experience preferred.
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
