The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) works with the Podiatrist to deliver comprehensive foot and ankle care in clinic and long-term care settings. Focus is on preventative foot care, nail care, diabetic foot evaluations, wound monitoring, and patient education.
The APP will travel regularly to nursing homes to provide podiatric services, including toenail trimming and treatment of routine foot conditions.
