Midwest Pain Clinics is a leading pain management practice serving Omaha and the surrounding region. MPC is committed to identifying and treating the root cause of pain rather than simply masking symptoms, delivering care through a collaborative, patient-centered clinical team.
What You'll DoAs the RN Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily clinical and operational functions of the practice, ensuring the staffing, training, and regulatory infrastructure needed to support procedural volume and exceptional patient care.
- Supervise clinical staff and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Support strong patient, employee, and physician relationships
- Ensure staff maintain required licensure, certifications, and competencies
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resources to meet procedural demand
- Oversee employee orientation, training, competency validation, and performance evaluations
- Review complaints and lead root-cause analyses and QAPI initiatives
- Ensure timely completion of required daily, quarterly, annual, and QAPI reports
- Maintain compliance with CMS SOM, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards
- Oversee Life Safety, Radiation Safety, and Infection Control programs
- Maintain required logs, inspections, and safety/infection control documentation
- Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and staff education programs
- Monitor work email throughout the day and perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical experience required (or equivalent combination of education/experience; senior-level experience may substitute)
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Infection Preventionist certification preferred (must maintain if obtained)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications
- Strong, decisive leadership with a talent for developing teams
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sound judgment in quality improvement and regulatory compliance
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Professionalism and accountability in a fast-paced healthcare setting
