Are you an experienced nurse leader with a passion for wound care and clinical excellence? We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team.

In this role, you'll partner with the Director of Nursing to help lead our skilled nursing team while serving as the clinical champion for our wound care program. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, improving outcomes, and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives every day.

• Assist in overseeing daily clinical operations of our skilled nursing unit.

• Lead and coordinate our comprehensive wound care program.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote exceptional resident outcomes.

• Mentor, support, and educate nursing staff.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality care.

• Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered care.

• Current RN license.

• Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

• Wound care experience (or certification) preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
