What You'll Do
  • Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' individualized care plans.
  • Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to the nursing team.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort.
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and provide compassionate, person-centered care.
  • Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging community for everyone.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent as required by state regulations).
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in senior living or caregiving is preferred.
