- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' individualized care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to the nursing team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and provide compassionate, person-centered care.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging community for everyone.
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent as required by state regulations).
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in senior living or caregiving is preferred.
