Unit Notes Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.

Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.

Fingernail policy:
Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract.

The weekend requirement is every third weekend with nights being Friday and Saturday and days being Saturday and Sunday. It is self scheduling, but no shifts are guaranteed until the schedule is final.
