MANAGER INTERVIEW--NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENTPCU RN, 4th Floor East Wing Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
** Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.
**** Fingernail policy:
Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated

Qualities for hires: A nurse on this unit is successful when he or she can manage the business of the day. The unit is a tight knit group and are great with helping each other out. Cancellation Policy:

Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks. Charting System:
