Tele-Neuro Nurse

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tele-Neuro Nurse to join our expanding neurological telemedicine team. In this innovative and fast-paced role, you will support patients experiencing acute and chronic neurological conditions by coordinating virtual assessments, monitoring symptoms, and facilitating rapid clinical decision-making across multiple care settings.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting remote neurological evaluations, monitoring vital signs and neuro status trends, and assisting providers during teleconsultations for conditions such as stroke, seizures, traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disorders, and complex migraines. You will gather and relay critical patient data, support stroke-alert workflows, coordinate diagnostic imaging, and ensure seamless communication between on-site teams and remote neurologists. Additionally, you will provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, medication management, and follow-up care.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient during time-sensitive neurological emergencies. You will collaborate closely with neurologists, ED and ICU teams, diagnostic departments, and other healthcare professionals within a high-tech, multidisciplinary environment.
