Job Summary

Join our Regional Market Float position. Work in your area of expertise, float to at least 3 of our 5 Omaha Metro locations, and earn a 25% hourly differential. Facility selection and shift preference is available first come, first serve.

This Regional Float position allows us to expedite our responsiveness to our facilities with the greatest staffing needs by deploying qualified clinicians who know our policies, procedures, and core values. The Registered Nurse (RN), within their scope of practice, is responsible to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to a designated group of healthcare consumers across the continuum, providing services that encompass the spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects of care.

• Follow the nursing process, including assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Collect and analyze consumer data covering psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Execute accurate and thorough documentation for all patients treated.
• Keep up with Physician orders.

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact.
• Basic Life Support required upon hire.
• ACLS certification required upon hire.
• Other credentials may be needed based on the level of care RN floats to.
• Ability to travel to multiple metro facilities as needed on short notice.
• At least 2 years of PCU experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $10,000 in educational assistance (loan repayment) for new hires who meet the requirements. Hourly differential of 25%.

$36.00 - $52.20 per hour.
