Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

• Experience or 'Must have' skills: 1 year of experience with this patient population
• Licensure:

• RN's exam:
  Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation requiring a 90% to pass
• Nurse:
  
  Patient Ratios: 1:4, 1:3 for post-surgical patients in the first 24 hours
• Charge Nurse:
  Yes, but rare to take assignment
• Weekend Requirements:
  Every other weekend

  Experience with intermediate care, downgraded CVICU patients, thoracic program support, EP, cath lab, structural heart, and management of cardiac and vascular related diagnoses
• Required Skills:
  
  Ability to titrate drips, read and interpret telemonitor strips. Common titratable drips include Amio, nitro, nicardipine, epi, cardizem, and other blood pressure medications
• Shift & Scheduling:
  Manager does schedule; 12-hour shifts
• Dress Code:
  Navy Blue
• Floating Requirements:
  Will float to all same level and lower levels of acuity
• Charting System:
  EPIC
