Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha, NE seeks an experienced Triage Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role. Schedule is 24 hours/week, typically Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8am–5pm, at Methodist Physicians Clinic - Hawthorne Court. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered with no weekends or holidays.
You will triage calls, assess risk, and coordinate patient care with the health team. Responsibilities include recording assessments, SBAR documentation, patient education, and referrals as needed.
