To coordinate clinical patient care and research for investigators in the Divisions of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Cardiovascular Medicine.
This individual will need to plan, organize, implement, document, and evaluate clinical research activities.
This individual will be responsible for maintaining good clinical practices involving cardiovascular, thoracic surgery and vascular surgery research trials along with HUD and Emergency/Compassionate Use applications.

Registered nurse with current licensure or licensure eligible to practice in Nebraska.

1. Knowledge of current nursing procedures, techniques, and practices.
2. Good organizational skills.
3. Computer literacy imperative.
4. Ability to work effectively with other team members.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Able to do physical assessment as appropriate to protocol.
7. Ability to attend to accuracy and detail required.
8. Must be able to travel outside the metropolitan area to investigator meetings as needed.
