Operating Room RN - Neuro/ENT
This position requires an Operating Room RN with predominantly Neuro skill sets. Candidates must provide interview availability for the next 3-4 days when applying. The role involves day shifts with possible night shift rotation. There may be off-shifting once every 4-week scheduling period, but such instances are often limited. Weeknight call requirements average 1-2 nights per week. Weekend call requirements are approximately every 4-5 weeks, covering 24 hours on either Saturday or Sunday.
Travelers will not be accepted from the local area, as candidates must be more than 100 miles from the facility. Scrubs are provided by the facility. This is a nicotine-free environment. Travelers will be held to separate pay structures compared to core staff members. Traveler pay does not include the same incentives as core staff. Providers will not be allowed to clock out and back in for extended shifts.
The daily patient age groups served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Common surgical cases involve Craniotomy with Aneurysms, Craniotomy with Tumor, Shunts, and various ENT procedures. Applicants must have robust experience in the specified surgical areas to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery.
