** Clinical Support:
** Assist the nursing team with patient procedures, wound care, equipment management, and supply organization.

** Patient Care:
** Perform daily living assistance, including hygiene, bathing, and comfort measures, while maintaining accurate documentation.

** Rounding & Monitoring:
** Conduct hourly rounds to check vitals, update patient boards, and communicate status reports to the clinical team.

** Mobility & Transport:
** Safely assist patients with ambulation and coordinate the transport of discharged patients.

** Care Plan Contribution:
** Actively contribute to the nursing process by collecting data, observing patient responses, and reporting findings to the RN.

** Patient Advocacy:
** Maintain a vigilant focus on patient needs, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

** Job Requirements*
* + Must be at least 16 years of age

+ Successful Completion of the 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course

+ Active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association

** Pay Range*
* $17.24 - $24.35 /hour
