The Provider is responsible for delivering expert, personalized, virtual medical care while serving as a trusted partner in each patient’s health journey. It is important for the Provider to spend quality time speaking with patients to determine their health needs and assisting with their health goals by providing them with Limitless treatment options. It is vital for the Provider to determine if it is safe for a patient to receive or continue receiving the products and services Limitless offers by quickly identifying any potential side effects or adverse reactions.

This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and individualized treatment planning, ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and supported in achieving their health goals.

Hours may vary based on operational needs. NO NIGHTS! Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday as clinic needs dictate

• See patients virtually in a timely and efficient manner from one or more clinic locations simultaneously
• Conduct patient consultations and comprehensive assessments via virtual video meeting
• Order and interpret labs to develop personalised treatment plans
• Deliver treatments aligned with patient goals and medical best practices
• Responsible for ensuring the maintenance, security, and confidentiality of all patient information, records, and data while supporting from outside of the clinic space

• Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, and expected outcomes, ensuring patients understand their treatment options and are empowered to make informed decisions
• Provide clear guidance on lifestyle, wellness, and long‑term health optimisation
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions
• Continue an ongoing partnership with patients to improve treatment outcomes; patient retention

• Build trust and long‑term relationships with patients
• Deliver a high‑touch, personalised care experience with clear, direct, and reassuring communication
• Supports patient follow‑up efficiently to ensure continuity of care and communication

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team‑first mindset. All team members are expected to support clinic operations and patient needs as they arise, within the scope of their role and licensure.
