Here at The Grounds Guys of Gretna and Elkhorn, we are looking for someone ready to take a step forward in their career as a Maintenance Team Member. And as the company grows, you will have the opportunity to grow into a higher-level role as well.

• Front-Line Employee – You are the boots on the ground. You’ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.
• The team performs basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This includes but is not limited to mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning and edging.
• You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
• You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

  Ensure quality control to make it rare to go back to redo a job.
• Customer Retention:
  Build great relationships with each customer to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.
• Full Utilization of Software & Processes:
  Use our systems to enable the above.

• MUST have prior experience in landscaping, lawn service.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Driving a truck and trailer is a plus; however, we are willing to train for this.

Starting pay will range from $16.00 - $20.00, depending on your experience.
