As a Front-End Team Member, you’ll be the first and last impression for our Garden + Home customers, keeping the focus on our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.

• Maintain an efficient and clean front-end, completing daily opening, closing, and side work checklists
• Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists

• Experience working in retail a plus but not required
• A reliable people person with a passion for plants
• A communicative team player willing to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks as needed
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
