Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Lawn Service Professional who is passionate about working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a self‑directed environment. Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizer and herbicide to residential and commercial properties
• Diagnose and provide solutions for common lawn problems
• Maintain equipment (backpack sprayers, spreaders, and tanks)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Dependable and trustworthy with a positive attitude toward co‑workers and customers
• Motivated to grow personally, professionally, and financially
• At least 21 years old

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay $18–$20 per hour + overtime pay
