Perform professional mowing services to the highest quality standards

Requirements

Desired Experience and

Education:

Minimum of 3 year’s experience in lawn services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on mowers and other equipment
Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record, and have ability to pass a drug test.
Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
Physically able to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Always maintain a positive and supportive attitude
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Summary: The Commercial Maintenance Tech II is a professional who is proficient in all aspects of lawn mowing & maintenance services. The technician’s main objective is to properly maintain commercial properties while meeting or beating budgeted man hour goals while performing quality work. Technicians can work with minimal supervision and provide a safe environment for other team members & clients. Our lawn teams meet and operate by the standards and research provided by the University of Nebraska Lincoln Extension Office.

Candidate will require minimal supervision and conduct all jobs in a safe manner and in accordance with our company core values.
