Construction Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality control and laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with PCI standards and industry specifications. This role involves managing product inspections, concrete testing, mix designs, quality documentation, and corrective actions, and it works closely with Operations and Plant Managers to drive quality improvements. The manager provides leadership to Quality Control personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.

A strong technical background in precast concrete manufacturing and a commitment to continuous process improvement are essential for success in this role.

Work Environment

This position involves both office responsibilities and hands‑on work within the precast manufacturing plant and yard. Employees work in varying weather conditions and are regularly present on the production floor to monitor quality processes and finished products. Required PPE must be worn at all times in operational areas. Expect exposure to dust, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and other manufacturing‑related environmental conditions.

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000/yr.
