Job DescriptionPurpose of the Job:
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts and evaluate current industry standard testing analysis techniques and best practices. Solve a wide range of difficult problems pertaining to system testing and quality assurance processes in imaginative and practical ways.
- Develop Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases and Scripts.
- Execute Test Scenarios, Cases and Scripts.
- Apply industry standard testing techniques.
- Apply internal processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance and technical requirements.
- Validate and analyze expected and unexpected results.
- Ensure proper documentation of defects and resolutions.
- Direct the work of others.
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, business, or related field, or four years of relevant experience in the software testing field.
- The position is physically comfortable and has discretion about walking, standing, sitting, etc.
- No adverse working or environmental conditions expected.
- Essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting and temperature.
All Locations (Omaha, NE; Albany, NY; and League City, TX): $79,764.00 – $. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and aligned to the level at which the candidate is hired. This is a 100% in‑office position requiring consistent on‑site presence to support collaboration and real‑time decision‑making.
