Acquisition Specialist

As a Home Acquisitions Closer, you will be responsible for connecting with property owners, assessing opportunities, and negotiating offers based on their unique situation. This role focuses on building relationships, providing solutions, and helping guide homeowners through the sale of their property. You will evaluate properties, present offers, manage follow-ups, and support the acquisition process from first contact through closing. This is a fast-paced role with room to grow as part of a driven, mission-focused team.

• Attend property appointments within 10–25 miles of your home base
• Work in a hybrid role with the flexibility to build your own schedule
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential sellers using provided leads
• Communicate clearly and professionally to build rapport and address questions or concerns
• Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and industry contacts
• Gain a working knowledge of our services and value proposition
• Conduct market research and basic property due diligence
• Set and attend appointments with qualified leads
• Maintain follow-up communication to move leads through the pipeline
• Negotiate purchase agreements and guide sellers through the decision process
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
• Work closely with the investment team to support acquisition strategy and deal structure
• Stay informed on local market trends and changes
• Provide consistent and supportive customer service throughout each transaction

• Commission-based earnings after 60 days
