Concentric Corporation is partnering with a growing real estate organization to identify an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in the Omaha area.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of assigned properties, serving as the primary liaison between property owners, commercial tenants, vendors, leasing professionals, and internal teams. Responsibilities will include financial oversight, rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, vendor management, owner reporting, property inspections, and support of leasing activities.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-focused professional who understands that successful commercial property management requires balancing the goals of property owners with the needs of tenants while protecting and enhancing the long-term value of each property.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties
- Serve as the primary point of contact between property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop strong relationships with property owners and commercial tenants through consistent communication and responsive service
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and monitor work through completion
- Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure work is being completed appropriately
- Coordinate rent collection and monitor outstanding receivables, delinquencies, and applicable late fees
- Review and approve property-related invoices and monthly expenses
- Provide owners with regular reporting regarding property financials, maintenance activity, repairs, tenant concerns, and other significant developments
- Develop a thorough understanding of leases for assigned properties and manage day-to-day operations in accordance with lease terms
- Provide property information and ongoing support to leasing professionals
- Assist with tenant transitions and other leasing-related property needs
- Obtain competitive bids for repairs, maintenance, and property improvement projects
- Coordinate approved vendor work and maintain strong relationships with service providers
- Proactively identify property improvements, future maintenance needs, and potential capital expenditures
- Work with accounting to support property budgeting, cash reserves, capital improvements, and replacement planning
- Monitor property expenses and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant concerns and property-related issues
- Assist with urgent or emergency property concerns when necessary
- Maintain accurate property records, documentation, financial information, and communication
- Ensure assigned properties are managed in accordance with applicable laws, requirements, and organizational standards
- Previous experience in commercial property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related field required
- Experience working with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other real estate professionals
- Understanding of commercial leases and property-level operations
- Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, vendors, and property improvement projects
- Comfortable working with rent collection, receivables, invoices, property expenses, and financial reports
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
