This position manages and executes molecular cell biology research activities for the laboratory, including complex experimental projects, supervising, training, and guidance of lab personnel. These activities require independent judgment and competent data interpretation. The position specifically requires advanced theoretical knowledge of and practical experience with Z‑form nucleic acids and human LINE‑1 retrotransposon molecular biology.

• Three years of experience in a research laboratory setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ambitious, self‑starter and team player, willing to go the distance outside of their comfort zone

• Preferred education in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Proteomics, or a related field
• Hands‑on biotech laboratory experience, including industry experience
• Familiarity and experience with liquid nanoparticle formulations
• Knowledge and experience working with Z‑form nucleic acids analysis
• Preferred computer applications:
