Position SummaryPART - TIME
The laboratory investigates the intestinal tight junction barrier in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and other conditions of the gut, using in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro model systems. This position will assist with proper maintenance of lab safety documents and overall compliance of regulatory requirements.

Required EducationAssociate's degree or equivalent in a Scientific field.
Required ExperienceLess than 1 year. Experience in a research laboratory setting or clinical lab setting (will consider three years related education/experience).

- Microsoft Outlook
Knowledge of research methodology and techniques.
Preferred ExperienceTechnical expertise in cellular, molecular, and biochemistry experimentation.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Able to multitask and independently manage time to maximize productivity.
- Ability to independently follow experimental guidelines and protocols.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer use and its applications.
- Ability to identify potential problems in time and to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the laboratory.
- Ability to work harmoniously with other members of the research group.
