• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the pediatric healthcare industry
• Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases of key market and industry data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the pediatric healthcare industry is a plus
