Overview
Responsible for providing assistance with bioinformatic analysis and programming support for Omics analysis, including transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics data analysis. Specifically involved in single-cell RNA and ATAC-seq data analysis, microbiome analysis, and other bioinformatics analyses as needed to support translational research under supervision.
Responsibilities- Support spatial profiling analysis (Visium HD, Xenium, Cos Mx).
- Ensure data integrity, track metadata, standardize analysis pipelines, and provide interpretation of results.
- Carry out large‑scale sequence data management and analysis procedures in close collaboration and write resulting data for manuscripts and grant applications.
- May perform basic lab techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation and submitting omics data to appropriate resources.
- Generate publication‑ready figures, methods sections, and results for manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications.
- Able to apply machine learning and AI‑based tools for in silico drug development studies.
