Creighton University is seeking a dedicated research technician to support molecular and cellular biology projects in the auditory system. You will perform DNA extraction, genotyping, immunohistochemistry, and RNA sequencing library preparation, contributing to studies of inner ear function.
Responsibilities include preparing samples from mouse inner ear, running FACS-based cell collection, and conducting A , DPOAE, and VsEP tests with confocal and SEM imaging support.
