Our client, a leading provider of high‑quality culinary and food service operations, is seeking a Head Chef to oversee their full kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be part of a professional Culinary Services department supporting a high‑volume, health‑focused food program.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven high‑volume restaurant experience, and the ability to manage a complete kitchen operation independently.

Pay Range: $30.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, including prep, production, quality control, and service
- Create, manage, and oversee the full kitchen budget, including food cost, labor allocation, and waste reduction
- Manage ordering, receiving, storage, and vendor relationships
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, and timing
- Ensure kitchen compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a strong team environment
- Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- MUST HAVE: Experience leading a kitchen in a high‑volume restaurant environment
- Proven background managing:
- Full BOH operations
- Ordering & inventory
- Food/labor budgeting
- Staff leadership
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs
