Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience and manage training, food safety, and inventory.;
Ensure Guest Service staff deliver excellent customer experience, execute promotions, and train service procedures.;
Ensure Kitchen staff deliver high-quality, safe food, control costs, and train production procedures.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and motivate staff.;
Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
