AboutThe Role
As the Front of House Manager
, you’ll be the heartbeat of the dining room. You’ll lead by example, set service standards, and ensure every guest — whether dining, attending an event, or enjoying the speakeasy — has an exceptional experience.
This role blends hands-on floor leadership with behind-the-scenes organization
, training, and team development.
- Lead and support FOH staff during service (servers, bartenders, hosts)
- Set and uphold service standards across the restaurant, speakeasy, and events
- Hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members
- Create schedules and manage labor efficiently
Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts - Handle guest recovery and elevate the overall member experience
- Partner with BOH leadership and Events teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism across FOH spaces
- Support administrative tasks including performance feedback and documentation
- Proven FOH leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- Calm, confident leadership — especially during high-volume service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust and respect
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable overseeing events and elevated service experiences
- Willing to jump in wherever needed — floor, bar, or problem-solving mode
- A passion for hospitality, people, and building a strong team culture
