• Handle cash and credit transactions with customers
• Issue change, receipts, refunds
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Light cooking duties may be required
