Utility Steward

Summary Description

The Utility Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, china ware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas and for replenishing supplies with clean ware.

We are hiring for 9:00AM-7:00PM and 3:00PM-12:00AM shift.

Pay starts at $15/hour.

• Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of War Horse Gaming, LLC
• Clears all food and beverage outlets of dishes, flat ware, and related items.
• Maintains the cleanliness of outlets and all kitchen equipment, china ware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas.
• Replenishes supplies with clean ware.
• Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
• Performs all duties in a safe and careful manner.
• Assists service attendants as necessary.
• Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Pic k up mats from various outlets and transport them to be cleaned and returned to the respective kitchens.
• Break down all kitchen equipment for cleaning using approved chemicals by the company.
• Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
• Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand MSDS paperwork.
