This position is for Clio’s new West Omaha location at the Shops of Legacy (168th & Center), opening Spring 2026.

Following the success of Clio’s downtown Omaha restaurant, we’re expanding west and building the opening team for our newest location.

We’re seeking Bartenders who are guest-focused, knowledgeable, and thrive in a fast-paced dining environment. This is an opportunity to join an opening team and help deliver memorable dining experiences from day one.

• You bring at least 2 years of bartending experience to the table.
• You're passionate about crafting drinks that wow guests, from classic cocktails to our signature creations.
• You have a keen eye for detail, providing an experience where every drink and interaction exceeds expectations.
• You’re a positive, friendly team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• You’re comfortable handling busy shifts while staying calm, collected, and focused.

We’re especially interested in candidates who are passionate about wine and excited to continue learning, but we’re also open to those who are eager to grow in the role.

• Build strong knowledge of our food, beverages, and service steps to confidently guide guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Use our Toast point-of-sale system to take orders, process payments, and maintain accuracy.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping the environment clean and welcoming.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth service, stepping in to help where needed.
• Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
