Are you looking for a General Manager position in the Restaurant Industry with an excellent company? If so, we have the position for you!

We are looking for a GM for one of our West Omaha Locations. It is a full-time position of 55+ hours a week with a top salary for the industry. We also offer a bonus program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong self-starter looking for a long-term career with an established, very successful bar and restaurant organization.

The ideal candidate needs to have a love for the industry and a drive for success. Our high expectations for the General Manager position is someone willing to work with their team, to grow the business, and earn top pay.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to our restaurant.
  • Directs and motivates the staff to ensure the guests are well taken care of and having a great experience.
  • Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
  • Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financial analysis
  • Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising and public and community program strategies
  • Control purchases and inventory
  • Maintain operations by creating, understanding, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for consistent productivity and quality
  • Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food beverage service offerings
  • Accomplishes bar and restaurant human resource objectives, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and mentoring
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry
