About the Role
At Topgolf, the bartender plays a key part in creating a welcoming bar experience that supports players’ enjoyment and engagement.

- Previous Experience Behind the Bar – You’ve expertly crafted and served alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in a high‑energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
- Role and Interaction with Players: Greet Players with energy and personality—create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love. Go beyond the pour by upselling signature cocktails, shareable bites, and even game upgrades to elevate their visit and keep the good times flowing.
- Key Aspect of the Role: Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll—from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
- Contribution to Topgolf and Other Play makers: Collaborate with other play makers to deliver top‑notch service by going the extra inch—ensuring every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way.
- Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: We provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant.

- Lift and Move Things:
Handling items up to 50 lb. – Lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying is key. - On Your Feet:
Expect to be on your feet for most of the shift, walking throughout. - Active Tasks:
Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. - Endurance:
Keep up the pace in a high‑volume working environment.
This role requires that you must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service, where required by law.
