- This is an Evening Position with shifts anywhere from 2:00pm to Close (10:30 PM - 11:00PM)

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Food Handlers certification by 30 days of employment
All team members must follow appearance and apparel standards set by Chick-fil-A. The below items are a snapshot of requirements but not the comprehensive list.
- Hair must comply with local health department requirements and be natural in color
- Facial hair is permitted if neatly trimmed and up to 1/2'' in length
- Tattoos must not be visible on face or neck
