Plum Market Food Service – The Mill Coffee & Tea at Omaha Eppley Airfield is seeking a Lead Baker to supervise daily baking and production in a high-volume airport kitchen. You will ensure product freshness, food safety, consistency, and adherence to The Mill, Plum Market and airport standards.
You will manage baking production, inventory, costs, and training across shifts, with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
