Salary: $15.00/hour

Job Purpose:

Under general supervision, provides the restaurant and kitchen with clean and sanitary ware. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they've made the right choice to stay with us

• Operate dish equipment including dish machines, sinks, and cleaning tools.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, kitchen surfaces, and storage areas.
• Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock properly.
• Organize and store clean wares in correct locations.
• Maintain trash and recycling areas; break down boxes and dispose of glass safely.
• Assist servers with clearing tables or room-service trays when needed.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Support team and guests with friendly, professional communication.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

This job requires the ability to perform the following:

• Stand and move for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Work in varying temperatures (kitchen, freezer).
• Use kitchen equipment safely (knives, mixers, etc.).
• Push/pull carts up to 250 lbs.
• Perform cleaning tasks involving bending, squatting, and reaching.
• Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
