Stocking Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Operate in backroom areas as required.
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. May operate heavy machinery such as forklifts where applicable.

• Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional premiums may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
