Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store;
Assists Customers with merchandise and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Maintains a clean, organized store and stocks merchandise to standards;
Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and optimizes presentation per guidelines;
Follows all policies regarding cash, checks, credit cards, refunds, MOS, and loss prevention practices
