• Welcome customers with a friendly and upbeat attitude
• Drive sales by enthusiastically offering the lowest prices for devices, plans, and accessories.
• Identify and meet customer needs by building rapport, actively listening, and asking solution-focused questions.
• Grow the customer base by creating a upscale customer service experience.
• Stay up to date on current promos and new products
• Use strong product knowledge to recommend customized, budget-friendly solutions that deliver a complete and satisfying shopping experience.
• Demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement by participating in ongoing training and strengthening skills in merchandising, inventory control, and sales execution.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and inviting
