• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patient needs, and provide promotional products and services.
• Assist patients and customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye‑care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify prescription problems.
• Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Adhere to quality control standards, including OSHA and other safety requirements.
• Perform housekeeping duties when necessary to maintain brand standards.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery.
• Ensure lab area standards, notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses.
• Track delivery time commitments to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned and required.

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about outstanding customer/patient care and eager to share that passion.
• Have schedule flexibility; work hours will be determined based on business needs.
• Optical experience is a plus.
