Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, providing world-class service to customers. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat sales floor, and supporting store operations. Departments may include Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise
- Floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping
- Ringing up sales and bagging merchandise
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Candidates must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
