About the Role

Pirates & Pixies is a fast-paced, fun, family-focused children’s resale store. We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Sales Associate who loves interacting with customers, staying active, and working independently in a busy retail environment.

This role is customer-facing and physical — you’ll be on your feet all day and staying busy from start to finish.

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm
• Ring sales and support daily sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor
• Stay active and engaged throughout your shift
• Lift and move merchandise (up to 40 lbs)
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Work independently while being a strong team player

• Friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused
• Extremely dependable — shows up on time, every shift
• Able to work independently without micromanaging
• Comfortable being on your feet all day
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Dependable transportation
• Willing to stay busy and focused (this is not a sit-down or phone-friendly role)

• Need constant supervision
• Frequently call out or arrive late
