Compensation- Starting rate: $16.50
- Hourly pay range: $16.50 – $17.50

Overview of the RoleAs a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. Engage customers, provide personalized product advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience. - Retail Sales Goals

Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals, learn about product offerings, and improve sales effectiveness. - Store Operations

Keep displays organized, restock shelves, manage merchandise, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. This includes occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. - Cashier Duties

Accurately process payments, handle transactions, and leave customers with a positive final impression. - Product Knowledge

Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details to improve service and boost sales. - Team Collaboration
