As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. • Customer Service

  Engage customers, provide personalized product advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Retail Sales Goals

• Store Operations
  :
  Keep displays organized, restock shelves, manage merchandise, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. This includes occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties

  Accurately process payments, handle transactions, and leave customers with a positive final impression.
• Product Knowledge

  Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details to improve service and boost sales.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
