Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

AMV Holdings, LLC is a retail vapor company with close to 80 locations across the United States. Our retail brand, KURE, focuses on providing high-quality vapor products and exceptional customer service.

• Coach and support other team members
• Hire and train new employees for the sales floor
• Maintain and monitor store inventory
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers
• Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
• Conduct regular audits of the store's physical and practical condition to ensure quality
• Maintain product levels appropriately
• Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store's online presence
• Process sales when necessary
• Generate and review daily sales report
• Handle complaints from customers
• Ensure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines
• Act as the store’s representative and set an example for staff
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting
• 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
