• Provide excellent customer service to accounts, both internal and external.
• Handle escalated customer service issues.
• Hold sales merchandisers accountable while also empowering them.
• Train, coach, and mentor a team of sales merchandisers.
• Oversee personnel timecards.
• Manage team schedule and performance; responsible for the weekly calendar and schedule.
• Work closely with District Managers to ensure they have all the merchandising support they need.
• Support sales teams, as needed, by covering routes during absences.
• Report daily activities; monitor reports and communication.
• Weekend / Holiday work required at times.

Candidate must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
