We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our third Helzberg 1915 concept store, featuring an innovative store design in Omaha, NE. Helzberg Omaha West Center Rd. will replace our current Oakview Mall location this fall. This store will specialize in customization, offering clients an immersive journey where artistry meets innovation. As Store Manager, you will orchestrate a high‑tech, high‑touch shopping experience, empowering a team of experts who thrive in helping customers find and create one‑of‑a‑kind designs.

Your role will be to elevate customer engagement, optimize operations with modern efficiencies, and establish our brand as the gold standard in fine jewelry customization.

The ideal candidate has a passion for next‑generation retail, and is both a leader and team player who embodies the Helzberg culture of integrity, passion and innovation. This role will leverage data‑driven insights and create seamless integrations between digital and in‑store experiences, enhancing customer interactions through Endless Options, so that our customers find the right piece for them. Store Managers at Helzberg Diamonds manage daily operations to achieve sales goals and profit objectives. They are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve store sales goals by demonstrating strong personal selling skills and transferring those skills to sales associates.
  • Ensure all associates are knowledgeable of company policies and are proficient in solving customer service issues quickly.
  • Consistently recruit, interview and hire top talent.
  • Provide ongoing training to sales team.
  • Facilitate regular one‑on‑one coaching discussions to provide continual feedback to improve performance.
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives.
  • Maintain a professional work environment and address associate relations issues appropriately.
Desired qualifications
  • Proven history of achieving sales goals in a retail jewelry environment
  • Strong direct recruiting skills
  • Ability to supervise others to achieve results
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to manage a variety of personalities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to relocate is a plus
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
